UVair European Fuelling Services Limited is an extension of the UVair® Fuel Program. Through this entity, established in May 2010, UVair offers VAT-exempt and VAT-compliant fuel invoicing* in nine European countries, all while you receive our preferred Jet-A pricing.

UVair will confirm your VAT-exempt fuel arrangements whether you coordinate through your dedicated UVair representative, with Universal® Trip Support Services, or through our online Fuel Release Request Form. Your fuel invoices may be VAT-exempt in the following countries:

• Austria
• Belgium
• France

After Enrollment

Re-enrollment

Re-enrollment is annual. Count on your expert UVair team to initiate the required enrollment process well before the end of each calendar year. With your Declaration Form and supporting documents resubmitted, you'll continue to enjoy the advantage of having competitively priced VAT-exempt fuel invoicing.

Ordering fuel

A fuel release is required in order to be eligible to obtain VAT-exempt fuel invoicing in any qualifying countries listed here. You can easily coordinate a release through your designated Fuel Sales Representative, your Universal® Trip Support Services Team, or by utilizing the convenient online Fuel Release Request Form. Be assured that your UVair card will continue to offer convenience and savings when you present it for transactions unassociated with VAT.

Post-uplift

Dedicated staff from UVair may contact your organization post-uplift to obtain any further relevant information (such as a fuel delivery ticket) that is required by the tax authorities to complete the exemption process.

Invoicing and Payment

VAT-exempt and VAT-compliant invoices will be invoiced separately through UVair European Fuelling Services, and will be generated on a daily and as-received basis. All fuel uplifts invoiced by UVair European Fuelling Services Limited will be sent via postal mail on a watermarked, VAT-compliant invoice as is required by country-specific VAT-regulatory entities. Electronic methods of transmission for invoices generated by this entity will be extended in the near future. You will receive further communication when those options are available.

Payment for VAT-compliant invoices should be made as directed in the UVair European Fuelling Services Limited invoice footer, as hardcopy as is required by country-specific VAT regulatory entities.

You will continue to receive your regular Universal invoice for fuel transactions outside of the nine qualifying countries, and for services not related to fuel transactions.
