Newly added UVair fuel locations

(VARIOUS - Democratic Republic of the Congo) Fuel restrictions are in place until further notice at Mbandaka (FZEA); Kananga (FZUA); and Mbuji-Mayi (FZWA).
(VARIOUS - Mozambique) - Air BP is no longer providing fuel at Pemba (FQPB) and Nampula (FQNP).
(FMCZ) Dzaoudzi-Mamoudzou, Mayotte - fuel restrictions are in place until further notice.
(HEGN) Hurghada, Egypt - hydrant system is inoperable and undergoing renovation. Fuel is provided by truck; first land-first take-off is in effect until repairs are complete.
(HHAS) Asmara, Eritrea has no fuel available until further notice.

(VARIOUS - Pakistan) Due to devastating flooding, there is no fuel available at Islamabad (OPRN), Lahore (OPLA), and Peshawar (OPPS). Fuel is available as normal at Karachi (OPKC) but be reminded there are delays in large fuel uplifts as fuel is delivered by truck there. Also, no refueling on parking bays 70-72 due to leak. Repairs should be complete by 10 September.
(PGSN) Saipan, N. Marianas has no fuel available until further notice. Consider Guam (PGUM) as an alternative.
(YBBN) Brisbane, Australia - supplier has one tanker truck, approximate capacity 4200 USG. Customers requiring more fuel, or fueling during commercial high traffic periods 0600-0900 and 1500-2100 and finding a wait unacceptable, may consider alternative fueling through Shell (at a significantly higher price).

(ALL - Bulgaria) VAT will be charged on ALL fuel uplifts in Bulgaria, regardless of operator's status.
(ALL - Spain) To be exempted from Mineral Oil Tax, operators must provide UVair with a VAT, NIF, AOC, or similar tax identification number or document, for inclusion with each fuel release. Where UVair card is accepted, operator provides proof when signing for fuel. If a private operator, UVair will note that all taxes should be included. Fuel will not be given unless this proof is provided. Scheduled airliners must also provide their 3-letter ICAO code.
(EDOP) Schwerin, Germany has no fuel available until further notice.
(EHBK) Maastricht, Netherlands - construction work at fuel depot means that fuel will only be delivered by truck; advise volume requirements and confirm availability until work is completed. Large volume uplifts should expect delays.
(EPWA) Warsaw, Poland - advise volume requirements and anticipate the possibility of diversions due to runway renovations in progress from 3-6, 10-12, and 17-19 September.
(LFRZ) St. Nazaire, France has no fuel available until further notice.
(LPHR) Horta, Portugal has fuel restrictions in place until further notice.
(LICT) Trapani, Italy - 48 hours prior notice suggested; advise volume requirements on release as fuel storage facilities are being replaced. Expect delays and possible fuel shortages until work is completed.

(MDLR) La Romana, Dominican Republic - UVair supplier Shell requires prior notice to fuel. Advise volumes required on the fuel release.
(MDSD) Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic - with one jet fuel truck out of service, expect possible fuel delivery delays as some aircraft may divert to this location due to Hurricane Earl.
