UVair Introduces Dedicated European Fuel Specialist
Houston, Texas (May 23, 2007) – UVair®, the fueling services business of Universal Weather and Aviation Inc., is pleased to announce the addition of a dedicated fuel specialist, Yeet Jones, who joins the existing international fuel sales team with her focus to include the fuel requests of Europe-based operators.
"We recognize the growth in corporate aviation throughout the region and our European clients' need for additional personal assistance," said Kelly Hughes, UVair® Marketing Manager. "As a result, more manpower is in place to address their needs, on their time, and in their region."
Working one-on-one with clients on their individual stops or entire routes, Jones, along with the entire international fuel team, will utilize existing relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best pricing for clients and availability for our European market. In addition to fuel arrangements, Jones and the team will provide clients with customized fuel reports, the coordination of fuel uplift arrangements, supplier confirmations, and the organization of specialized fuel arrangements, as needed.
For over 25 years, UVair® has been working to provide contract fuel arrangements for General Aviation at competitive pricing through suppliers worldwide. The UVair® Fueling Card is carried by more than 14,000 cardholders, is presented at approximately 500 fuel uplifts per day, and is accepted in more than 1,750 locations worldwide.
