Universal Launches UVair Visa Purchasing Card 'Aviation Takes Visa'
Atlanta (Sept. 25, 2007) – Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. will highlight the UVair® Visa® Purchasing Card under the tag line "AVIATION TAKES VISA" at the National Business Aviation's 60th Annual Convention and Exhibition (NBAA2007) in Atlanta, September 25-27.
The UVair® Visa® card is offered to select domestic and international operators based on their UVair® Fueling Card usage combined with payment history. "The UVair® Visa card offers monthly credit limits up to $50,000 with convenient invoicing through Universal's Custom One Step Billing(sm) for all charges. The value added benefit of the card allows for aviation business related purchases such as transient and home base fuel, ground services, hotels, restaurants, airfare, car rentals and more," said James Hudnall, UVair® Visa® Program Administrator. "Users will be billed for those purchases on one consolidated Universal® statement and can also earn rewards up to one percent cash back, based on their UVair® Fueling card volumes combined with UVair® Visa® card purchases."
Chartered in March, 2004, the UVair® Visa card is used for fueling at any non-UVair® fueling location, as well as for any aviation related purchase, as specified by the flight department.
