Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. Discontinues Use of FERAS Services

Houston, TX (May 28, 2008) – Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc (Universal®) announced today that it has discontinued use of the services of Far East Russia Aircraft Services, Inc. (FERAS). FERAS, a joint venture between Universal and two individuals responsible for the management of FERAS, is a ground support entity operating in far east Russia, the CIS states, and parts of Europe.

Universal was informed in January that a federal criminal indictment was unsealed against FERAS and the two individual stockholders of FERAS serving as its senior officers.

Although neither Universal nor any of its employees have been charged with any wrongdoing, Universal made the decision to discontinue doing business with FERAS in these markets to ensure that Universal's brand and reputation are protected and that our clients continue to receive consistent, high quality service without interruption. In addition, the two individuals previously responsible for the management of FERAS are no longer associated with FERAS in a management capacity, with Greg Evans, Ralph Vasami and Adolfo Aragon, all officers of Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc., now serving as officers of FERAS.

"It is important to note that Universal remains committed to this market," said Dave Diulus, Chief Operating Officer of Universal. "As in other markets, Universal can provide ground support, fuel and other services to clients in these key regions where they travel, so that they continue to receive consistent, high quality service without interruption."
