The UVair Visa Purchasing Card

The UVair® Visa® Purchasing Card offers increased flexibility, wider acceptance, and REWARDS to cardholders.  Use the UVair Visa for fuel at non-UVair contract locations, as well as on home base transactions, ground services, light maintenance, accommodations, and much more.

Continue using your black UVair Fueling Card for fuel savings at all UVair contract locations. You'll also benefit from the greater ease of a single invoice for expenses on both cards.

Benefits of the UVair Visa include:

• No annual fee: No APR on the UVair Visa.*
• Customized to meet your needs: All UVair Visa cards are issued in the name of your flight department, associated with a specific aircraft tail number, and issued with crew or employee names, as requested. Each UVair Visa card has up to a $50,000 monthly credit limit, with aviation services MCC Codes activated for FBO services and Jet-A fuel. Codes can be customized to include additional services such as rental cars, hotels, restaurants, and more.
• All purchases on one statement: Your regular weekly Universal® One-Step Custom Billing^sm invoice will display all your UVair Visa card charges as well.
• Earn up to 1% back annually on your purchases through UVair REWARDS: Additional card purchases can earn UVair REWARDS towards your account. Once your purchases meet minimum qualifications, all UVair Visa purchases will be eligible to earn UVair REWARDS.**  Click here to learn more.
• See your spending online: Request online access to view daily transactions or monthly reports by cardholder. You can even view the additional cards on your account, so all your costs are available at a glance.

UVair REWARDS

Earn up to 1% back on your UVair Visa

Use your UVair Visa card and earn REWARDS on your purchases! Combined with your UVair Fueling Card, your UVair Visa can help you earn up to 1% cash back^†. See below for program details.

Minimum qualifications to earn UVair REWARDS* (beginning January 1, 2008) are as follows:

• Invitation from UVair to participate.
• 50,000 U.S. gallons purchased in 2008 by presenting the UVair Fueling Card.
• $120,000 card spend in 2008 on the UVair Visa.

UVair REWARDS will be calculated using (i) the percentage increase in fuel uplifted in 2008 compared to 2007 uplifts, where the fuel is purchased by presenting your UVair Fueling Card, and (ii) your total UVair Visa card spend during 2008.

Reward Calculation Matrix
(Using a year-over-year increase in fuel uplifts with the UVair Fueling Card)

• 10% to 25% increase = .5% of annual card spend on UVair Visa
• 26% to 50% increase = .75% of annual card spend on UVair Visa
• 51% or greater increase = 1% of annual card spend on UVair Visa

UVair REWARDS will be applied to your UVair account at the beginning of the second quarter of 2009 by credit of the reward amount to your UVair One-Step Custom Billing^sm invoice.

Subject to the minimum qualifications set out above, the following is an example of the UVair REWARDS amount earned by applying the REWARD Calculation Matrix. This example uses a 30% increase in U.S. gallons purchased by presenting the UVair Fueling Card:
